Studentreasures Publishing - A company to publish your students' writing. You can do a whole class book, or each student can create their own book. They also have a school-wide program. I've used it in my class and was very impressed with the results.

Mrs. Brown's Art Class - A fabulous site full of art ideas organized by grade. Includes examples and directions for each art project.

Spy Guys Math - A collection of interactive math lessons (great if you have a SMARTboard) geared to the grade 6 level - however I have used this site with grade 5 and grade 7 students with great success. Note - this link only works with Internet Explorer - I can't get it to work with Chrome.
